One freshwater pearl per ear, 8 to 9 mm, so no two pairs are identical. The hook is 18k gold-plated and thin enough to disappear behind the pearl. Weight 1.4 g. We grade the pearls by hand and reject the ones with dark spots or a flat side that shows.

Care

Keep it dry. Put perfume and sunscreen on first, jewelry last. Store it in the pouch we send; polish with the cloth once a month. Gold plating wears where it rubs, so do not sleep or shower in it.
